This product lacks the flavor I like in Asian foods. Even soy sauce would not recover it.
The noodles were not as good as fresh Udon noodles, and not nearly as good as the Ginger Soy Lo Mein noodles in the Joy of Cooking frozen food product.

Tasty, but not too spicy hot for my wimpy spice heat tolerance.
Every package I have purchased has had fresh tortillas. Something very important to me.
My family likes to add beef, cheese, sliced black olives, plain yogurt (substitute for sour cream), and sliced chives or snack onions. Sometimes I serve with cilantro.
(I would have a higher rating if they added the cheese back to the kit.)

The package makes smaller portion than the Betty Crocker “Sunkist Lemon-Poppy Seed Premium Muffin & Quick Bread Mix” but has more lemon ZEST.
As a ‘recipe’ change:
I also like to add 1/2 cup Wyman’s frozen wild blueberries for added flavor.
Good for pancakes too.

Vegetable Lo Mein in a ginger soy sauce.
This is a new product I spotted in the freezer section of the grocery store. I was not expecting too much, but was pleasantly surprised.
YUMMY and easy to prepare! Could use more Shiitake mushrooms but tasty none the less.
I had it plain. Thinking of trying with some sliced chicken breast.
