Revlon Professional Wonder Nail: a product I miss +++++

Does anyone know a replacement product for Revlon Professional Wonder Nail – penetrating care for fragile nails?

If I could even find the ingredient list somewhere maybe I could find a comparable product.

For many years I have misplaced this product in my home. I’ve found it again and want to know where I can purchase more.

I don’t like nail polish type products that discolor my nails and keep them from ‘breathing’. I want this same type of brush on conditioner. (My body is back in the phase of having weak nails.)

I also give this product a perfect rating.

Not what I thought I was getting

Ok so I thought I signed up to wordpress to get an easy to use template and easy to use site. Well I’ve misunderstood it.

WordPress must be a software that is for programming gurus. Of which, at one time in my life, I would have revelled over.

I’ve given up most of my programming to enjoy other things in life. Like for example, I just spent 5 or so hours trying to go thru the support forums and documentation to find out why my categories changed in appearance. Gee, what could I have completed in that amount time, off of this computer??? A lot.

I found out that there must be something wrong with the parent/child relationship under categories OR my margins are messed up.

I tried to reselect the template with the hopes of getting the defaults settings back but that didn’t work. erghhh!

Ok, so then I googled for the original author of the template and found http://www.pikemurdy.com/quentin/.

I proceded to drag and drop the widgets exactly in the same order to see if my parent/child indents would return (all this for readability) but that idea didn’t work.

Ok, so I just went back to a layout that I seemed to like.

It will probably change in x amount of time… so you can check back for more absurd changes. blah, blah, blah, blah… blah.

Avon: Perfume scented body talc powder ++

I have found these body talcs can smell nice, depending at the scent you pick. But I have noticed that they are gritty. I DO NOT recommend them.

I am disappointed that, as the label states, they are ‘Made in China’. Most every other personal care product I purchased from Avon is labeled as ‘Made in the USA’.

Makes me wonder why this would be the only Avon personal care product made in china.

I placed my disappointment on the AVON.com website under my product evaluations but they conveniently kept my positive reviews while never publishing the negative. NOW that is an interesting marketing plan!

Why have the review posting options if you don’t allow all the postings??? Gives me a new view on life I suppose. Avon has been the only website that I’ve had this issue with. Good for the stock value?!

I give this product a rating of ++ out of positive +++++ rating.

LOST forever

ok so I’ve lost all my subcategories. Cannot find the way to revert back to the default widgets of the theme. Erghhh!!!

So I’ll just keep muddling along.

bugs of wordpress

ok so I had a nice category hierarchy going with the default theme I picked. Then I played with the widgets and I cannot return back to the original defaults. Unfortunately ‘the system’ seems to have lost my category hierarchy. Just incredibly slow to try to fix. I’m on DSL and still refreshes in many many many seconds. STRANGE

Just deleting and reentering categories is moving like a slug. Maybe this product is not as ‘HIP’ as I originally thought.

Mr. Clean Antibacterial (of course)+++++

So now I need to add my recommendation for Mr. Clean Antibacterial. I will always use this product as my primary pick for bathroom cleaning. – I DEFINITELY recommend Mr. Clean. -

As for the shower task, that depends on the needs, between soap scum and mildew I have to try one, then RINSE well with clear water, and then try the other get all the dirt off. Currently using scrub free, rinsing real well, and come back with a second step using tilex. I’m open to new ideas on the tub/shower cleaning.

Mrs. Meyer’s Clean Day: Geranium ++++

At a friend’s house, I recently tried Mrs. Meyer’s Clean Day GERANIUM COUNTERTOP SPRAY and was impressed with this product. It took of dirt and greasy grime easily.

This was a surprise to me because I generally am partial to the Mr. Clean Antibacterial products.

I recommend giving Mrs. Meyer’s Clean Day a try for general cleaning.

(If you don’t like it, go back and use the tried-and-true Mr. Clean Antibacterial! I will always have a couple containers of Mr. Clean in the house. Mr Clean is cannot be beat for my sink, toilet, and tile floor cleaning.)

Avon: “SkinSoSoft” Silky Stay Shave Gel +++++

This AvonProducts,Inc product is called “Skin So Soft” Silky Shave Gel ‘Fresh&Smooth’.

It is in a blue tube type bottle and I LOVE this product. It makes shaving my legs a more pleasant experience. The product smells fresh and leaves a soft non-dry feel after I have completed the task.

I highly recommend this product.

Giving this product a +++++ for positive +++++ rating.

General Foods International: “OnTheGo” coffee drink mix

I purchased this ‘instant’ coffee product in Cafe Mocha flavor in the hopes of finding a suitable replacement to the “Cappuccino Coolers” they still sell, but no longer carry in the mocha flavor.

This product (“On The Go”) has a much longer ingredient label and does not taste as good as the “Cappuccino Coolers” I used to enjoy when making a quick coffee on the morning.

I do not know if it’s because it’s a sugar-free product but I MISS my mocha flavored Cappuccino Coolers!

For this reason, I give this product +++ out of a +++++ positive rating.
